Thick steel coil swinging shear cut to length line
KJH25 series is for medium size thickness cut to length line machine developed by KINGJIMEMACHINE for some customers to cut from 6-1 6mm thick from 1250mm to 2500mm width of coil. Themachine can do uncoiling, leveling, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking work. It is a compactCoil Line principle revolves around combining the functions of coil line, decoiling, flattening and feedingof the material. This is typically achieved utillizing several configurations, a leveler feeder unit alongwith a motorized uncoiler; a leveler feeder unit along with a powered coil car and pull through levelerfeeder and motorized uncoiler.It mainly includes uncoiler, leveler, measuring, shearer, conveyor, stacker,hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc., the line can make sure of accuratefeeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steeland all the other kinds of metal materials with surface coating.
Cut to length line is controlled by PLC system and it has the rotary encoder to control the lengthmeasurement. The information of length, shearing numbers and speed can be input to the PLC systems.When the need shearing length is reached, the machine can cut automatically. The line speed can beadjusted, It has a measuring with high precision, and whole line can work automatically and operateeasily, smooth sheet can be made.

2) Can be cut into square, rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal, parallelogram and other shaped blocks;
3) The maximum rotation angle is: 0-60 degrees;
4) Can be equipped with a split host to cut 1-4;
